I am an ex-Army Personal Trainer Instructor (PTI), so I have a lot of experience in delivering different types of fitness. If you are interested in having a military type of session, then come along for a different standard level of gym-based exercises.
My main focus is helping those who want a goal in progressing in all aspects in fitness. My strongest subject is running/cardio (aerobic and anaerobic conditioning). To that end I can help set your pace to what is comfortable for you, help adapt to different terrains on the main roads as well as in gym equipment such as the treadmill. From this I was able to run a half marathon for children cancer in a time of 1 hour and 36 mins.
