I have always been active but when I first stepped into a gym in 2017 it soon became clear that weight training was a huge passion of mine. Across the years I have become stronger and have built on my knowledge within the world of fitness. As a personal trainer my aim is to help others reach their goals, increase their strength and confidence alongside maintaining a well balanced healthy lifestyle.
