Touched down in Mexico late Friday and found this little gem in time for Saturday am workout. Not quite as comprehensive as our place but enough to do the job.
And that's my point, it would be really easy to come up with list of reasons why I shouldn't train. Gym not well equipped, no free weights to speak of, I'm on holiday etc- you get the picture. But it's about making the most of what you've got to maximise results.
So in the context of our place, ask yourself, are you making the most of what you've got to maximise your results?
