The Activhealth Fitness Centre is a privately owned, independent Gym located at Langstone Technology Park, Havant near Portsmouth.
Accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it provides an ideal opportunity for corporate and private clients, together with members of the public, to fit regular exercise into a busy lifestyle.
Equipped with an extensive range of cardiovascular machines, free weights and modular stations the Activhealth Fitness centre provides its members with the opportunity to develop their fitness levels in a safe and controlled environment at a pace that is right for them.
