The Active Life programme emphasizes sessions based on motivation, weight loss, nutrition and exercise.

Run over the course of 4 one hour weekly sessions, after which our trainers can sit with you and discuss topics on a one - to - one basis.

Session: One
Workshop: Realizing your potential
Content: Mind - Body link | Goal setting

Session: Two
Workshop: Exercise and fat loss
Content: Best forms of exercise | Fat reducing (How and why)

Session: Three
Workshop: Eat right and fat loss
Content: GI Factor | Atkins diet | Food labels | Calorie counting

Session: Four
Workshop: Success is a journey, not a destination
Content: Psychology | Exercise and nutrition | Success and fat reduction

Cost

The Active Life program can be delivered on a group or one to one basis. The cost will be reflective of:-
